Reservation Terms and Conditions


Hotel Reservations

Methods of Reservation

You can use one of the following methods to reserve a hotel in Moscow:

  • Fill in and transmit a reservation form on our website. To do so, use the "Reservations" link on the chosen hotel's page.
  • Send a reservation request by email: info@moscow-hotels.ru
  • Send a reservation request by fax: +7 (495) (for St. Petersburg: + 7 (812) 233-8283)
  • Make a reservation over the telephone: +7 (495) (for St. Petersburg: +7 (812) 325-4044)

Payment Terms

A reservation and full payment of hotel accommodation should be completed no less than 7 work-days before arrival date or commencement of services. To make a reservation less than 7 days before arrival date, contact us.

These terms apply to the period from May 1 to September 30 (high season).

Forms of Payment

We welcome payment by any of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card
  • Cash
  • Check (for USA)

If payment is made by bank transfer, a bank service fee of 20 USD applies. Note that all bank charges on money transfers are to be paid by the sender.

Information Needed for Hotel Reservations

To make a reservation by phone or fax, please, provide us with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Arrival date and departure date
  • Hotel name
  • Type of room
  • Number of guests
  • Form of payment
  • Company name
  • Additional services (airline tickets, transportation, etc.)

Cancellation and Change Policy

All changes and additions to your reservation request should be made in written and sent us by fax +7 (495) (for St. Petersburg: +7 (812) 233-8283) or email. To avoid misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a confirmation from our staff.

We operate a cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge the equivalent of one night's accommodation for any cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival date or in the event of a no show.
