This five-star hotel was built in 1982 on the bank of the Moscow River, in the center of Moscow, and was called Oktyabrskaya Hotel. Then in 1992 the hotel was renamed President Hotel. The hotel was perfectly equipped and became popular with numerous foreign delegations and businesspeople.
